I wanted to build a cloud-based, open-source, experimental environment to explore DevOps and automation concepts in practice. At the same time, this platform allows me to experiment with and host simple, useful online tools.

All services are deployed on GCP, chosen for its mature ecosystem and user-friendly tooling. To adopt a GitOps workflow while keeping costs reasonable, I deployed a K3s cluster on a Compute Engine instance. For system observability, Grafana was integrated to monitor services and infrastructure metrics.

The system is under active development and continues to evolve as new ideas and experiments are added.
